Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends! Us Canadians celebrated our Thanksgiving last month. So for Football-Loving Canadians like me, this week is generally known as “Pretend you’re working while actually watching your fantasy football team Thursday”.

We are nearing the end of the Fantasy football regular season, and it’s been a long journey. So if you’re also like me and looking to burn your opponent and earn a playoff spot or a nice juicy bye week, then you’re also going to be monitoring fantasy sports articles closely.

What follows is my complete rankings for all players heading into this week. Note that these are PPR Rankings! So plan accordingly.

Let’s kick things off this week with the Gunslingers:

Sleeper Pick for Week 12: Ben Roethlisberger vs. GB -  Ben Roethlisberger is a Primetime Football dynamo. He has consistently come to play when he’s on the big stage, and now he gets a great matchup against the Packers. He could have another monster day.

Bust Pick for Week 12: Dak Prescott vs. LAC - It’s easy to pick on Dak Prescott since he had such a brutal week 11. But beyond that he’s still got to go up against one of the more underrated teams in the NFL, the Los Angeles Chargers. The O-Line and their non-diverse receiving corps make for a tough day for Prescott.

  1. Russell Wilson @ SF —Wilson is slinging it these days, and for good reason. His defense can no longer bail him out, so he has to keep it going. I expect the 49ers to stay a score or so behind the Seahawks, and Wilson will pile on fantasy points right until the final whistle.
  2. Tom Brady vs MIA  — The only thing stopping Brady is the fact that the Pats could end up blowing out the Dolphins, and then Brady would end up watching the 4th quarter from the sideline. Regardless, he’s an elite QB this week.
  3. Kirk Cousins vs NYG  — Cousins has been on fire. But his road after this game gets really tough. Good thing for fantasy owners the Giants are hot garbage right now. Cousins should feast.
  4. Carson Wentz vs CHI  -  He’s a Top 5 QB, but a shaky Top 5 QB. He’s found success against other good defenses, but he’s done so by getting the ball in the endzone. Wentz could end up winning this game and only throwing 1 TD. But I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he’ll have a decent game.
  5. Cam Newton @ NYJ — Hmmm. Maybe Newton is back? That remains to be seen, but he’ll have plenty of room to work against the lowly Jets defense.
  6. Jared Goff vs. NO — Goff has been fairly matchup-proof recently. But without Robert Woods he stays outside the Top 5 for me this week.
  7. Drew Brees @ LAR — This is not a great matchup for the Saints, but Brees has so many options I expect he’ll be able to carve out QB1 numbers against the Rams.
  8. Ben Roethlisberger vs. GB — My sleeper pick for this week. Roethlisberger is a great bet to top 20 fantasy points this week.
  9. Matt Ryan v TB — Matt Ryan has yet to have a 25 point fantasy game in 6pt. TD scoring. But he has perhaps his best chance against the rival Buccaneers.
  10. Dak Prescott vs. LAC — Prescott disappointed his fantasy owners last week, he needs a big game this week to avoid whispers of problems for #4.
  11. Phillip Rivers @ DAL — Rivers has a new toy to play with in Keenan Allen, look for a decent game out of this veteran QB
  12. Marcus Mariota @ IND — Mariota could finally have a chance to break out of this rut. The Colts are a very exploitable defence.
  13. Alex Smith vs BUF — Smith could have a great game, but he has struggled mightily along with the rest of the offense, he’s not trustable.
  14. Andy Dalton vs CLE — Dalton has a good matchup but I would hate to be the fantasy owner that has to rely on him this week.
  15. Tyrod Taylor @ KC — Tyrod gets a shot at revenge after being benched for Nathan Peterman. He’ll be a QB2
  16. Case Keenum @ DET — Thanksgiving morning might spell trouble for Keenum.
  17. Matt Stafford vs. MIN — Stafford is in the same boat as Keenum, but he has to face this Vikings defense.
  18. Paxton Lynch @ OAK — Call me a fool, but Lynch could have a good game. He’s got great weapons and gets a good matchup.
  19. Derek Carr vs. DEN — Time to take this Carr in for a tuneup….Crickets
  20. Josh McCown vs. CAR — McCown has shown resolve, but this will be a tough game.
  21. Ryan Fitzpatrick @ ATL — He has to build on last week’s performance to be relevant.
  22. Eli Manning @ WAS —Without Shepard this could be a long day for Eli.
  23. Joe Flacco vs. HOU — Even agains the NFL’s worst pass defense, don’t trust Flacco.
  24. Blake Bortles @ ARI — Patrick Peterson will give him fits.
  25. CJ Beathard vs. SEA — Even at 50%, this Seattle D should be able to slow Beathard enough to win.

Running Backs

Sleeper RB for Week 12: Alfred Morris vs LAC — Morris had a great game last week, and now gets to face a bottom 5 run defense. He should be a focal point for Dallas, and could be a big contributor in Week 12.

Bust RB for Week 12: Tevin Coleman vs. TB – It looks like Freeman should be okayed to play. If that’s the case Coleman will have limited value as a back who has virtually no role in the passing game.

  1. LeVeon Bell vs GB — An outstanding matchup for a PPR monster, this could be a 30+ point game for Bell. His catches are trending upwards over the last 4 weeks.
  2. Kareem Hunt vs. BUF — He has a great chance to bounce back in a game where the Chiefs need to utilize him in every aspect of their offense
  3. Melvin Gordon @ DAL — Melvin Gordon has a great opportunity to rake up the points. He’ll be an integral part of the passing scheme and he’ll do damange on the ground.
  4. Alvin Kamara @ LAR — Kamara has proven to be a PPR gem. He’ll be a no-brainer Top 5 RB1 as a valuable asset to Brees and the Saints.
  5. Todd Gurley vs. NO — He’s got a date with the Saints, which is not easy. But he’ll be a Top 5 RB in PPR this week.
  6. Mark Ingram @ LAR — Ingram is fantastic on the ground, but his non-existent passing game value keeps him out of the Top 5.
  7. LeSean McCoy @ KC — McCoy was back to dominating defenses last week. He’ll look to keep it going against the Chiefs.
  8. Christian McCaffrey @ NYJ — Coming off a week of rest, McCaffrey could have a big game against the Jets. He’s averaging 5 catches per game over his last 4 games.
  9. Alfred Morris vs. LAC — Morris is a player I really like this week. He should be busy in a game where he’ll have more room to work.
  10. Devonta Freeman v TB — He should clear concussion protocol in time for Sunday. He will be a bounce back candidate against a week Buccaneers Defense.
  11. Carlos Hyde vs SEA — The Seahawks won’t be able to completely bottle Hyde up in the passing game. He could see 5+ catches.
  12. Jordan Howard @ PHI — Howard is the best player on the Offensive side of the ball for the Bears, he’ll be busy this week against the Eagles.
  13. Leonard Fournette @ ARI — He’s going to struggle, and he might be fighting injuries. But he’ll be a back-end RB1 this week.
  14. Latavius Murray @ DET — He has a pretty good matchup and has been better than McKinnon in the run game. Should be a big name this week.
  15. Samaje Perine vs. NYG — He managed over 100 yards last week, and he’ll get more room to work against the G-Men.
  16. Jay Ajayi vs. CHI — The Eagles will be playing with the lead and Ajayi should see plenty of work.
  17. DeMarco Murray @ IND — He gets a great matchup, but he’s got to show some consistency in his running game. Averaging 3.3 targets per game.
  18. Jerick McKinnon @ DET – One of the biggest beneficiaries of the PPR format, McKinnon is better in fantasy than in real-life.
  19. Duke Johnson Jr. @ CIN – No sign of the Browns targeting him any less. He is targeting 6 catches per game.
  20. Joe Mixon vs. CLE — He faces a very tough test this week, but he’ll provide back-end RB2 value.
  21. Dion Lewis vs. MIA — A decent runner, but his lack of presence in the passing game handcuffs him a bit.
  22. Alex Collins vs. HOU
  23. Marshawn Lynch vs. DEN
  24. Tevin Coleman vs. TB
  25. Lamar Miller @ BAL
  26. Adrian Peterson vs. JAX
  27. Orleans Darkwa @ WAS
  28. Ameer Abdullah vs MIN
  29. J.D. McKissic @ SF
  30. Doug Martin @ ATL
  31. Jamaal Williams @ PIT
  32. Isaiah Crowell @ CIN
  33. Danny Woodhead vs. HOU
  34. Kenyan Drake @ NE
  35. Damien Williams @ NE
  36. Derrick Henry @ IND
  37. Frank Gore vs. TEN
  38. Devontae Booker @ OAK
  39. CJ Anderson @ OAK
  40. Ty Montgomery @ PIT4

Wide Receivers

Sleeper for Week 12: Jamison Crowder vs. NYG  — Crowder has tallied 70 yards in his last 3 games, and he gets a great matchup against the Giants. He has secured the #1 job, and there’s no Jordan Reed or Terrelle Pryor to throw to.

Bust for Week 12: Mike Evans @ ATL—Mike Evans was decent after coming back from his 1-game suspension. He’ll be in tough this week however against a Falcons defense that has plenty of healthy weapons in place to contain Evans.

  1. Antonio Brown vs. GB — Brown is the #1 WR each week unless otherwise posted. He gets a sweet matchup and he’ll be a threat for 30+ points yet again.
  2. Doug Baldwin @ SF — Baldwin will be busy this week. There’s no running back nor is there a clear WR2 behind him. He’ll capitalize on this leaky defense for sure.
  3. Adam Thielen @ DET — Thielen and Keenum seem to have a mental connection that’s unmatched in the NFL right now. He’s being targeted a ton and he’s producing.
  4. Brandin Cooks vs. MIA — Cooks has been really solid but he hasn’t had a true breakout game. I think he’s got a great chance to have that game this week against the Dolphins.
  5. Julio Jones vs. TB — Even at less than 100%, Julio should have plenty of room to work and will produce a nice line against the Bucs.
  6. A.J. Green vs. CLE — He has a tougher matchup, but he will be shelled with targets and should have a good chance to tally his 3rd TD in as many games.
  7. T.Y. Hilton vs. TEN — Hilton is perhaps the most up-and-down receiver in fantasy. But I really like his chances to have his 4th 100 yard game against the Titans.
  8. Michael Thomas @ LAR — You can always count on Thomas to produce yardage and catches, but he hasn’t found the endzone since week 4. I’m betting he bucks that trend against the Rams.
  9. Dez Bryant vs. LAC — Bryant hasn’t had any massive games, but from a PPR perspective he’s always a good bet to produce a nice line for fantasy owners.
  10. DeAndre Hopkins @ BAL — He faces a Top 3 pass defense, but he’s been producing against good defenses with Tom Savage under centre these days. So he’s still a WR1.
  11. Keenan Allen @ DAL — Allen had his breakout game. He’ll look to build on that vs. the Cowboys.
  12. Tyreek Hill vs BUF — Like Hilton, he’s hard to predict. But I think he has a decent chance to find the endzone against the Bills in week 12.
  13. Jamison Crowder vs. NYG — My sleeper for this week. He has managed 70 yards in 3 straight games and the Giants bleed points to opposing receivers.
  14. Jarvis Landry @ NE – He’s being targeted 3rd most in the league thus far. He’s a decent pick to succeed this week.
  15. Alshon Jeffery vs CIN — He’s been one of the hottest receivers in the NFL over the past few weeks. He’ll be a solid WR this week against the Bengals.
  16. Larry Fitzgerald vs. JAX — He’s got a terrible matchup, but in the world of PPR there’s not much better than Fitz.
  17. Mike Evans @ ATL — Evans is my Bust this week, but that doesn’t mean you should bench him unless you’re absolutely stacked at WR.
  18. Stefon Diggs @ DET — Diggs is one of the more enticing secondary receivers in the game today. I think he finds his stride on Thanksgiving day.
  19. Devin Funchess @ NYJ — Funchess was a PPR dynamo last week, he’ll try and carry that forward against the lowly Jets.
  20. Sterling Shepard @ WAS — He’s a questionable start. But if he’s healthy he’ll be the top receiver for the Giants against a middle-of-the-road defense.
  21. Golden Tate vs. MIN — Tate should be the focus of the Vikings defense, but even so he’ll be a good play in week 12.
  22. JuJu Smith-Schuster vs. GB — His knee might be bugging him, but reports are that he’ll be fine. He’s a solid PPR WR.
  23. Michael Crabtree vs. DEN — He has been trending downward, but I still think he has a shot for a TD against the Broncos.
  24. Marvin Jones Jr. vs MIN — He faces a Top 10 defense, but he’s been quietly one of the more solid WRs these days.
  25. Davante Adams @ PIT – He should be a focus for the Packers as they try and keep pace against one of the better teams in the NFL.
  26. Josh Doctson vs. NYG – Crowder was my sleeper, but don’t pass up Doctson either, he’s due for a breakout.
  27. Demaryius Thomas @ OAK — Weather could play a factor, so could Paxton Lynch.
  28. Emmanuel Sanders @ OAK — He or Thomas are anyone’s bet as to who will be the main target for Lynch.
  29. Kenny Stills @ NE —Moore loves him, which could mean a decent week for him.
  30. Corey Davis @ IND — He’s got a good matchup, that’s where I’m betting he returns his investment.
  31. Jeremy Maclin vs HOU
  32. Danny Amendola vs. MIA
  33. Mohamed Sanu vs. TB
  34. Amari Cooper vs DEN
  35. Paul Richardson @ SF
  36. Cooper Kupp vs. NO
  37. Robby Anderson vs. CAR
  38. Nelson Agholor vs. CHI
  39. Devante Parker @ NE
  40. Ted Ginn Jr. @ LAR
  41. Jordy Nelson @ PIT
  42. Rishard Matthews @ IND
  43. Marquise Lee @ ARI
  44. Sammy Watkins vs. NO
  45. Mike Wallace vs. HOU
  46. Dede Westbrook @ ARI
  47. Terrance Williams vs. LAC
  48. DeSean Jackson @ ATL
  49. Brandon LaFell vs. CLE
  50. Jermaine Kearse vs. CAR

Tight Ends

  1. Rob Gronkowski vs. MIA — Big surprise, Gronk is the best. He even has a better matchup than usual. Fire him up and enjoy.
  2. Travis Kelce vs. BUF — He was a guy I considered placing as number one. But couldn’t bring myself to. He’s an elite PPR TE though.
  3. Evan Engram @ WAS — Engram might end up being the most targeted TE this week. I love his value.
  4. Jimmy Graham @ SF — Graham is finally being used to his full potential. He’ll be a big part of the gameplan for the Seahawks.
  5. Vernon Davis vs. NYG — Davis will get the start again, he’s been great every time he has started this year.
  6. Delanie Walker @ IND — Walker gets the Colts this week, that’s enough to make anyone’s mouth water.
  7. Kyle Rudolph @ DET — Rudolph deserves a touchdown, he’s got a good shot to get one on Thanksgiving.
  8. Jared Cook vs. DEN — Could be bad weather, but Cook will be a playable TE.
  9. Austin Sefarian-Jenkins vs. CAR —  He has been up and down, and I think he’ll find back-end TE1 value.
  10. Greg Olsen @ NYJ — He’s back after a long IR stand. He had two bad games before going down with injury, so he might not provide immediate value.
  11. Jack Doyle vs. TEN — He was riding super-hot, but then fell apart last week. He needs to bounce back.
  12. Austin Hooper vs. TB — He’ll be the third option, that might be enough to provide value if you need him.
  13. Jason Witten vs. LAC — He’s not dependable as a TE1, he’s a back-end option.
  14. Hunter Henry @ DAL
  15. Tyler Croft vs CLE
  16. Charles Clay @ KC

Defense/Special Teams

  1. Pittsburgh vs. GB
  2. Jacksonville @ ARI
  3. Philadelphia vs. CHI
  4. Cincinatti vs. CLE
  5. Atlanta vs TB
  6. Kansas City vs. BUF
  7. Baltimore vs. HOU
  8. New England vs. MIA
  9. Carolina @ NYJ
  10. Seattle @ SF
  11. Detroit vs. MIN
  12. LA Chargers @ DAL
  13. Washington vs NYG
  14. Tennesee @ IND
  15. Minnnesota @ DET

  1. Stephen Gostkowski vs. MIA
  2. Greg Zuerlein vs. NO
  3. Justin Tucker vs. HOU
  4. Matt Bryant vs. TB
  5. Harrison Butker vs. BUF
  6. Matt Prater vs. MIN
  7. Chris Boswell vs. GB
  8. Josh Lambo @ ARI
  9. Jake Elliott vs. CHI
  10. Ryan Succop @ IND
  11. Nick Rose vs. NYG
  12. Kai Forbath @ DET
  13. Giorgio Tavecchio vs DEN
  14. Brandon McManus @ OAK
  15. Will Lutz @ LAR
